We made our Juhu home with Hemang of Estarc Realty and in a nutshell, it was a fun journey through the year.... we completed the house from scratch in 11 months with various setbacks from the construction site which Hemang & his team handled beautifully... it was more like working with friends rather than professional architects who refuse to listen to your crazy dreams about the house :) .... the designs, the execution and the delivery was very smooth and overall, it was a delightful experience... highly recommend !!!

We have been pretty impressed with Ar. Hemang Shah's work throughout the entire process of renovating our home. The value which he and his team provides for the money that you spend is really commendable. My view -
1) Design (10/10) - We really wouldn't have been able to create something thing like this ourselves. He was on top always when it came to giving us options/presenting them in the form of drawing and result of which the final design came out exactly like we would have liked.
2) Materials procurement (10/10) - He will figure out your needs are and take you exactly to those vendors. Total transparency and will also help in negotiating with them for good price
3) Contractors (10/10) - All of them were excellent in their work as a result of which desired outcome was achieved
4) Execution (9/10) - He and his team will always make sure the work is carried out satisfactorily and within stipulated timelines

Hemang did the design for my home, and I must say, it wouldn't have come out as good as it is right now, if it wasn't for his ideas.
